There are reported issues with ISRS - we are working to resolve as quickly as possible.
In addition, Office 365 single tenant is currently experiencing outbound email issues. Inbound and email within tenant still works. We are currently working with Microsoft to resolve the issue

Same problem, I'm automatically redirected to the Status page whenever I try to go into eServices.
